Work at the new facility included work on five floors with focus on stair, conference facilities, office space, cafe, and auditorium. The project involved two stair installations. Typcial offices were located on the exterior perimeter of floors 11-15 with executive corner offices. Finishes include custom millwork doors, glass fronts, and specialty lighting systems. For A full-service kitchen with walk-in coolers/freezer, commercial prep and grill area, and soup/salad bar allows for in-house catering and food services.
