Hudson Cook is a national law firm with focus on banking, consumer financial services and privacy law, both state and federal. In 2016, they celebrated their 20th anniversary and relocated to The Millennium Building in the Golden Triangle Business District in order to support the firm’s long-term growth and recruiting goals.

Working with SKB Architecture, we delivered a beautiful space that included a new elevator lobby, open and private offices, as well as a conference center and large breakroom. Custom veneer millwork panels with metal and glass pivoting doors in the conference room provide flexibility, both in capacity and privacy, as well as a sophisticated, dramatic aesthetic.

Because of the high-end custom millwork and stone packages, we met early on with the project team to identify and coordinate all material release dates in order to keep a lean construction and delivery schedule.
