The Ropes and Gray project required a full renovation of the global law firm’s office space in Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC.


rand* installed operable partition walls to facilitate versatile office space. The sleek, open space features IOC office fronts with lacquered wood panels, acoustic ceilings, LED lighting and stone floors throughout, The LEED Gold certified space contains 5% recycled content building materials and 90% Energy Star qualified equipment.


Due to a permit delay, the construction schedule for this project was restricted to eight weeks, from permit issue to owner occupation. The rand* team was able to work out of sequence and keep construction on schedule.
