rand* has built two Sky Zone trampoline parks in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area: in Parker, CO, in December 2014, and in Arvada, CO, in June 2016.
For each project, rand* completely demolished an existing space – a trampoline park in Arvada and a Circuit City in Parker – to build-out the Sky Zone trampoline park.
The scope of work for both projects included a new mezzanine that required structural steel, concrete and framing to hold the second floor party rooms and staircases. The trampoline systems were built inside the raised platform system which was framed and drywalled by rand*.
In Arvada, rand* recommended and subcontracted for a fabricated steel railing system in place of the preferred vendor pre-fab system. This saved the client both money in the overall project costs and time on the project schedule. The scope of work for both projects also included a kitchen/snack bar area as well as offices, employee break room, and storage space.
