ALEXANDRIA, VA – rand* construction corporation announced today it has opened its newest office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This now brings the company to six offices across the country, joining its headquarters in Alexandria, VA and regional offices in Austin, Atlanta, Dallas and Denver. The new office is located in the Sugar House neighborhood and is already underway on its first sizable project in the city for a non-profit health care company.

The office will be supported by an experienced team, all with longstanding histories in the Salt Lake City construction industry. Correy Selden joins as a Director and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. He brings 16 years of experience in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, project procurement, value engineering, bidding, and contract negotiation all in the sector of Tenant Improvements.
