The project enhanced mixed-use spaces, conference rooms, and break areas, while also incorporating structural system upgrades and a stair infill to improve connectivity between floors. From the outset, the effort was marked by strong collaboration between rand*, the client, and the architect, resulting in a dynamic and engaging workplace tailored to Workday’s evolving needs.

Executed within an occupied building, the project followed a carefully planned phased approach across multiple floors. The first floor was completed and turned over ahead of the second, allowing the client to transition seamlessly while construction continued.
