Located on the 28th floor of 1900 Lawrence, the Reed Smith office represents a sophisticated first-generation tenant improvement for a high-end law firm workspace. Designed to support both functionality and client experience, the project transformed a previously unoccupied shell space into a refined and modern environment tailored to the needs of today’s legal professionals.
The buildout included a complete lobby renovation, executive conference rooms, upgraded kitchen and breakroom areas, and extensive AV/IT integration throughout the office. The space also required structural system upgrades and a high level of technical coordination to seamlessly incorporate the design vision while maintaining the integrity of the building systems. Thoughtful finishes, elevated detailing, and carefully curated materials contribute to a polished and professional atmosphere that reflects the Reed Smith brand.
Due to the complexity and high-end nature of the project, successful execution required close collaboration between the design team, owner’s representatives, client, building vendors, and subcontractors. The completion of Reed Smith is a testament to the collective effort and coordination of every team involved, resulting in a beautifully executed workplace environment.
