A multifunctional kitchen and breakroom, along with a welcoming reception hub, serve as the heart of the space and encourage collaboration. Glass-front huddle and meeting rooms, paired with custom millwork and a flexible main meeting room with Modernfold glass partitions, support a variety of workstyles.

Biophilic elements, including a living plant wall, planter features, and natural textures, balance the tech-forward environment. Nature-inspired accent colors, expressed through painted spiral ductwork and architectural finishes, add energy and aid in wayfinding throughout the non-linear layout. Open-to-deck ceilings with custom racetrack pendant fixtures further elevate the modern aesthetic.
