This project was a full-floor reinvention in downtown Houston, shaped through close collaboration and a design-forward approach that elevated the client’s workplace experience. The team navigated a fast-track schedule driven by a hard turnover date, requiring a combination of day and off-hours work, including night sprinkler operations and several weekend shifts. Despite an initial permitting delay, lighting fixture issues, and owner-vendor coordination challenges, the team remained proactive and solution-oriented — keeping the project on track for the accelerated delivery.

A unique aspect of this build was its overlap with simultaneous construction of the Level 19 elevator lobby, which required close coordination with the landlord to complete both spaces in tandem. Additional scope, such as the integration of smoke curtains, was incorporated without disrupting progress.

Through detailed planning, clear communication, and strong trade partner collaboration, the project was successfully turned over within the client’s required date. The result was a polished, modern workspace that reflects the brand and operational needs.
