Cadwalader’s new DC office reflects the firm’s stature and commitment to innovation. Designed by Gensler, this space blends classic law firm elements with contemporary touches and hospitality-inspired amenities. From expansive conference suites to custom millwork and high-performance systems, the project showcases how intentional design and expert execution can support hybrid work and client engagement.

U.S. Travel Association
For U.S. Travel, the goal was to create an inspiring, collaborative environment that reflects the culture and diversity of U.S. destinations. Designed by sshape, this workspace is brought to life through custom branding moments, vibrant finishes, and dynamic meeting areas. This project illustrates how smart design and construction can help mission-driven organizations tell their story through space.

AV Inc. Headquarters
AV Inc.’s headquarters sets a new standard for secure, specialized environments. Designed by FORM Architects for a mission-driven organization at the forefront of innovation, this space integrates advanced technology infrastructure, specialized labs, and sleek office areas to support collaboration and growth. Precision, coordination, and technical excellence were critical to delivering on the client’s high-stakes requirements.
