Agility Recovery partnered with rand* for their brand new space on the 20th floor of 1225 17th Street in Downtown Denver. Agility Recovery was looking for a smaller space than what they were currently occupying but wanted to bring that high ceiling open space feel that they moved out of. The Agility team wanted to create a space that brought their employees together to collaborate and feel at home.

The DLR and rand* team worked diligently together to bring them exactly that. There were challenges creating their vision in an older building with a lot of existing conditions to identify, but after working through the conflicts a beautiful space with a game room, two large training rooms, live plants, operable partitions, and beautiful demountable systems was turned over successfully.
