Cielo Center consist of three Class-A office buildings managed by Endeavor Real Estate Group. Endeavor contracted rand* to upgrade the lobbies, corridors, common conference rooms, and restrooms in Buildings One and Two. These upgrades were designed and built to meet the needs of their first-class tenants and function as an attraction to potential tenants. The design features many elements popular with contemporary trends such as large format tile, wood slat ceilings, upholstered banquettes, and architectural metal trim.
The complexity of the project came with the buildings being over 85% occupied and all construction activities taking place in highly trafficked and usable areas. This required significant coordination efforts with property management and tenants. Prior to construction, dedicated safety and planning meetings were performed with collaboration from all key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the building and tenants were met while also establishing an actionable approach for project delivery. The project took twenty-four weeks to complete and consisted entirely of after-hours work, in order to provide minimal disruption to the occupants while maintaining 100% uptime to business functions and critical infrastructure operations.
