rand* construction delivered the 4,000 SF build out of Confab Kitchen & Bar in Brookhaven, GA, transforming a first-generation space into a full-service restaurant. The scope included demolition, new partitions, ceilings, high-end finishes, MEP and life safety systems, and exterior enhancements such as patio fencing, signage, and slab modifications. The finished space features custom hex-tile flooring with inset lettering, a millwork bar with suspended metal shelving, and a bi-folding glass storefront system that opens the bar to the patio.
