This 80,000-square-foot workplace combines high-end design with advanced functionality, featuring two multipurpose rooms and several conference rooms designed to support collaboration and formal meetings. Design and material selections were inspired by themes of chemistry and chemical reactions, creating a cohesive concept carried throughout the space.

The curved architecture of the base building drove many of the project’s coordination challenges, as millwork wall panels, custom benches, floor transitions, and lighting elements all required precisely coordinated radius components to align seamlessly with the building’s form.

Key features include custom millwork throughout the space, including a prefabricated Corian wall sourced from Canada that wraps from the elevator lobby into the reception area, as well as curved benches that reflect the building’s flowing architecture.

The 3,400-square-foot multipurpose room features state-of-the-art technology and preset lighting controls, and can be divided into three separate conference rooms to provide flexibility. The workspace layout incorporates ergonomic furniture and glass partitions to promote movement and maximize natural light throughout the office.

Completed within an occupied building, the project required careful coordination to minimize disruption.
