rand*’s interior renovation of this Reno, Nevada, office space created a fresh, exciting work environment that reflects the high energy of this technology giant. The “refresh” project converted the majority of the existing 104,990-square-foot office space into huddle and phone rooms. All existing cubicles were replaced with open office space. Installation of all new flooring, glass walls, and new furniture updated the aesthetic. All new VAVs, break rooms, A/V, and IT/Data systems elevated the work environment to professional standards. Custom, unique touches like colorful wall graphics and marker board wall paint created an engaging space.

The rand* team was challenged with working with the schedule of a traveling project superintendent in a brand new market with a high-end client. Because the renovation was constructed in three phases, the rand* team was able to learn from the previous phases and make changes to maximize efficiency. All three phases were delivered on time and on budget, with rand managing the interphase moves for a total of four moves. As a result of the team’s adaptability, the project ended on a positive note and on time, delivering the final phase with a week removed from the schedule. In fact, the client was so pleased with the results that rand was then contracted to renovate their existing café.
