rand* construction teamed up with Gensler and Gardiner & Theobald out of New York to complete a 7,500 sf, high-end tenant improvement space on the 4th floor of the Market Square Building in Downtown Denver.

This job came with a handful of logistics issues as the floor was shared with another tenant and there were residents above the space. rand* worked relentlessly to maintain schedule while working with the limited timeframe we received to undergo loud work.

The space features a reception with an incorporated tea point, multiple huddle rooms, small conference rooms, a large conference room, an open office and a breakroom which overlooks the mountains and terrace. The design is in the details on this seemingly small build. From the highly coordinated metal baffle ceiling to the custom glass demountable partitions, this space is nothing shy from luxury. The space also contains an added whitewashed brick veneer wall, metal window inserts throughout, double drywall for confidentiality, and a multitude of high-end fabrics and textiles.
