The scope of work included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the premises, transforming the existing space into a highly tailored professional environment. The build-out features private perimeter and interior offices with glass office fronts, executive conference rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual technology, a welcoming reception area, a café space for employee gathering and dining, wellness and mother’s rooms, and technology support spaces. New furniture, access control systems, video surveillance, and wired and wireless network infrastructure were integrated throughout to support the firm’s operational and security requirements.The completed office delivers a polished, high-performance environment that supports attorneys, staff, and clients alike.
