rand* was brought on to a two-floor, 20,000 sf interior buildout in a generation one space located right next to the popular Pearl Street area of downtown Boulder, CO. rand* worked closely with the design team to ensure the client’s national standards were satisfied through the pre-con and construction phases.
This build out included neighborhood/open work areas, conference rooms, restrooms, focus rooms, phone rooms, primary cable room, recreation area, hub/breakroom, reception/lobby area, and an exterior patio space including a structural steel pergola and fire place. The elevator vestibule on both floors included security access controlled doors along with touchless operators. Rand* provided touchless “wave to open” door systems at all restrooms as well.
