Confidential Digital Consultancy Firm

rand* construction completed a full floor buildout of 40,000 SF for a confidential digital consultancy firm. This buildout took place within the brand new, Market Station building in downtown Denver. This project was highly focused on conceptualizing the everyday Rocky Mountains lifestyle and the surroundings of living life as a Coloradan. This was done with a strong emphasis on different textural finishes in every room. From topographic design features such as walnut reception, soffit details and graphic art, to organic polished concrete, with a highlight of intricate climbing rope columns within the main arrival area. The space also features artwork from a local Denver muralist, painting a picture of life in Colorful Colorado.

rand* worked closely with the out of state Gensler architecture firm to work through intricate finish, light fixture, and graphics packages to ensure the “Colorado Local” design intent was achieved. This buildout was also accompanied by the challenges of working alongside the base building general contractor, to ensure construction schedules were aligned.

The collaboration with all parties resulted in a construction project that effectively met the creative design intent and vision of the office community. Conclusively, the employees and guests entering the space will feel a heightened connection to the natural elements through the selective finishes inspired by mountain-life.
