The Coronet DC Showroom is a 2,800-square-foot light fixture and furniture showroom designed to highlight the owner’s product lines in a clean, flexible, high-visibility space. Located in the heart of the West End, it serves as a backdrop for exploration, collaboration, and innovation in lighting and workplace design.

The showroom includes high-end conference rooms, executive offices, upgraded MEP systems, and fully integrated AV/IT infrastructure. A standout feature is a telescopic glass partition in the main conference room, offering flexible space use while maintaining a sleek aesthetic. Other signature elements include custom curved light fixtures, ceiling features, and finely crafted millwork.

A key challenge was coordinating with owner-provided equipment, including early-release Italian demountable partitions and unique light fixtures. The tight footprint, multi-tenant setting, and urban location added logistical complexity, requiring clear communication and precise planning. Engaged from preconstruction through completion, the team led extensive value engineering while preserving design integrity. The result is a showroom that elevates Coronet’s brand in DC and strengthens an ongoing client partnership.
