rand* construction was awarded the DMC project by a committee of members including DMC, Arch 11, and the Transwestern property management team through a hard-bid process. The project was approximately 20,000 square feet located at The Views building in Broomfield, CO. The construction and design team strategized early in the project to devise a plan to best capture the design intent and develop an actionable delivery approach.

The project was a complete overhaul from top to bottom. DMC’s space features exposed structure ceilings throughout the open office and breakroom areas with strategically placed acoustical elements to provide a visually pleasing aspect to the ceiling while mitigating noise typically present in this type of concept. Other key features of this project included all glass office fronts allowing natural light and spectacular views to the interior offices, interactive conference rooms, and a unique breakroom area with custom millwork elements.
