The Firmspace Atlanta project marks the fourth project completed for this national repeat client in four different markets (Denver, Austin, Houston, and Atlanta). The Atlanta project spans the entire eighth floor of the Class-A downtown Buckhead 3344 Peachtree building. The project is a full demolition and buildback including all new MEP infrastructure systems and configurations. The contemporary design houses high-end finishes throughout highlighted by the Allsteel office storefront system, herringbone wood flooring, custom reception desk and extensive millwork package, multiple feature walls, and decorative floating ceiling baffles.

The project required great attention to coworking privacy that includes soundmasking throughout, a centralized security system with SALTO locks on each office with access card readers, and high STC rated partitions including the glass wall systems. The workspace is serviced by an extensive audio/visual package spanning the entire program that is showcased by the custom video wall at the main entrance. The conference rooms are enveloped by Modernfold partitions with the capability to quickly open and close partitions collapse partitions allowing for an adaptable space to allow for a private or public events/workspace.
