rand* was contracted to renovate HERE’s Boulder office, their first location in the Colorado market. This two-floor renovation included a separate suite for their subtenant, Daimler. The project scope included the complete demolition and buildout of the 9,200 square-foot space featuring a combination of open-ceiling collaborative work spaces and high-end assembly areas which incorporated many colors and textures. The new tenant space is comprised of a reception area, conference room, breakout spaces including huddle rooms, open office, and a new pantry.

rand* worked closely with a local tenant representative and architect as well as the out of town client, architect and subtenant rep. Through detailed communication the team was able to coordinate with the project stakeholders across the country and successfully deliver the project in a condensed ten-week delivery schedule. Custom millwork wall panels, fabricated light fixtures, and glass wall panels highlight the space and comprise some of the high-end design featured in HERE’s new space.
