This Class-A tenant improvement project spans a single floor and supports a diverse range of operations, including 30 private office suites, collaborative assembly areas, and warehouse, delivery, fulfillment, and storage functions all under one roof.

As the general contractor, rand* led the execution of this fast-paced, highly customized office build-out. The project required detailed coordination across architectural, MEP, and low-voltage scopes to ensure smooth integration of the owner’s operational and technology-driven needs. Our team managed phased deliveries and rigorous scheduling to accommodate the client’s aggressive timeline and multiple long-lead items, including specialty finishes and systems furniture.

Key construction elements included the installation of a custom café with a living moss wall and wood lattice baffles, extensive millwork throughout—including a metal laminate reception desk with integrated planters and durable brick veneer accent walls designed for signage compatibility. rand* also oversaw the installation of infrastructure to support EV charging stations, aligning with Power Home’s future-forward initiatives.
