rand* construction partnered with Dyer Brown to complete a 45,000 square foot interior buildout across the 15th and 16th floors at 1900 16th Street for our prominent national client, PwC.

The scope of work features a high level of finish and functionality, including new glass demountable partitions in offices and conference rooms, custom wood wall panels, and specialty Turf acoustic ceiling treatments. The project also includes the installation of 68 electrical floor boxes across both floors to support modern workspace needs. Elevator vestibules and core restrooms are being upgraded with new tile and stone finishes, contributing to a refined and cohesive interior environment.
