Rand* construction delivered Q2’s 130,000 SF headquarters, 4-floor first generation tenant improvement project. Rand* provided comprehensive preconstruction services from schematic design through GMP completion. We worked closely with the core and shell contractor on floor turnover and inspections to ensure project timelines are met. We worked closely with the developer on site logistics to accommodate base building turnover. The project boasts high-end finishes, reception area, a large training and development center, collaborative workspaces, food servery collaboration area, and an executive center. The project also includes K-13 spray application and demountable office partitions. Throughout the project, rand* was also responsible for all data cabling, audio visual, and security scopes of work.
