The 4,500-sf SAP NS2 Labs is a unique co-innovation space that helps break down the silos between the public and private sections. The design incorporates next generation technology to support spaces for innovation, collaboration, workspace, design, and training. The project is showcased by an Immersive Experience room with state-of-the-art video graphics, sound, and touch display that totally immerses the senses. High-end craftsmanship and careful construction coordination were required to successfully complete the project.

Work included new construction, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems and extensive AV coordination. New finishes were provided. The unique digital environments are used to test out new ideas, replicate past results, and trade insights with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Highlights of the jewel-box space includes: a cutting-edge Incubation Design Space incorporating next generation technology to support spaces for innovation, collaboration, workspace, design and training; an Immersive Experience Room with state-of-the-art video graphics, sound and touch display for total sensory immersion, and the project being co-located within a 60,000 square foot SCIF to allow for co-innovation and product development at all security levels.
