Sooper Credit Union partnered with rand* and Cresa to build their newest branch in a newly constructed building. Although it occupies a small footprint, Sooper Credit Union’s Illiff Station branch features bold architectural elements that elevate the customer’s experience, featuring a radius drop ceiling and matching ceramic tile floor, intricate millwork teller pods, and architectural wall panels as backdrops.

Sooper occupied the tenant space that contained the opening for the building grease duct, therefore rand* was tasked with working closely with our subcontractors and property management to install the infrastructure for a future grease duct to run to the adjacent tenant space. Rand* successfully facilitated the install without sacrificing Sooper’s high architectural ceilings that open up the space.
