Teza Technologies

Teza Technologies, a global asset manager and proprietary investment firm based in Chicago, chose rand* construction to fit-out their first Austin facility at 3rd and Congress, one of the city’s most highly sought-after office properties. Looking to expand its business and talent pool in the booming Austin tech corridor, Teza had a vision for a sleek, sophisticated workspace that would stand out in the competitive market. The project team worked with Sarabi Studio on a custom architectural metal interior package that included a metal clad pivot door, aluminum trimmed opaque glass, a steel wrapped reception desk and blackened steel-clad walls. This mixture of steel, glass and wood finishes gives the space a high-end, polished feel.

The primary scope includes a new glass entry with a custom wood feature wall, reception area, conference rooms, breakout spaces, private offices, pantry, open offices, and new IT suite. The space houses a multiple custom elements throughout the space, most notably, the millwork package, glass, and ornamental metals. The elegant design acts as a showpiece within the corporate environment.
