rand*, Task PM, and Stantec partnered together to complete a 64,000sf LEED Gold certified, 1st generation space for Twitter in Boulder, CO. Through collaborative design and creative solutions, the team was able to navigate supply chain delays and successfully complete the four-story high-end space within the allotted construction schedule.

The sophisticated space features incredible design elements throughout, including a fully operational commercial size kitchen, a feature-space coffee lounge with structural caboose seating, a recharge room with intricate flooring and a functioning fireplace, and a four-story interconnecting showcase stair. The office has an extensive lighting and AV package, along with a highly designed mechanical system.
As the space parallels a railroad track, Stantec applied industrial inspiration throughout. There are phone rooms that resemble shipping containers, stair treads that mimic used boxcars planks, and industrial wood design elements throughout.

The team worked closely throughout preconstruction and construction to produce an impressionable space within the schedule and budget.
