Welltok, a software-as-a-service company focused on optimizing healthcare and hospitalization processes through the use of data driven metrics and solutions, hired rand* to complete their tenant-occupied, seventh floor build-out of flexible office space for their new headquarters located in the heart of Denver. Full-height glass partitions are featured throughout the space as well as an extensive graphics package to promote the Welltok brand.

The primary scope included open offices, private offices, huddle rooms, conference space, reception area, and support spaces with Wink Wall applications spread throughout the space. The preconstruction period was critical to develop a delivery approach and procurement strategy to meet the compressed project schedule. rand was able to deliver the project two weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate an early tenant move-in date through consistent communication during preconstruction, enabling the team to release long lead time items early and avoid delays in material acquisition.
