rand* construction completed a full-floor buildout of 24,000 SF for Zoom Video Communications within the Denver Technology Center. This project was highly focused around the design and function of their advanced video communication systems. Although this was a local project, the Zoom construction and design team were both out of state, requiring effective coordination from the rand* team.

rand* strived to ensure that construction met Zoom’s sound attenuation standards. The rand* team worked closely with the client to coordinate the installation of light fixtures, microphone & AV placement, while also paying attention to the wall and flooring materials. The project also showcases a high STC rated Demountable Wall System to reduce noise disturbances while providing flexibility.

The project scope included amenities such as an assembly style breakroom, with intricate millwork stadium seating, high-end countertops, and a unique LVT pattern installed throughout.  What drove the success of this project was the thorough and creative communication by rand* with both the Zoom construction team and their partnered design spread throughout the country.
