We are proud to be celebrating 31 years Building Together here at rand*. Linda Rabbitt founded rand* in 1989, and as one of very few women-owned companies in the construction industry, we were a small firm in Arlington of only seven employees. Today, rand* has grown to 5 offices nationwide, nearly 300 employees, exceeding $400 Million annually, and our sights are set on the future!

This year, there was a record number of promotions across our company and so many achievements to celebrate at our (virtual) Anniversary Party.  As we navigate uncharted waters this season, we say thank you to every rand* team member who has continued to step up to the challenges we face today, and all those who continue to steer us forward. We couldn’t be prouder of the rand* family and the commitment shown on every level to meeting and raising the standards.
