ALEXANDRIA, VA – rand* construction corporation announces its newest hire, Brad Carbo, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Carbo will be joining rand* as Managing Director of its Dallas, Texas office, expanding the existing leadership team of Directors Chris Carson and Cole Martinez.

“rand* is pleased to announce the addition of Brad Carbo to lead our Dallas office,” Bob Milkovich, CEO of rand* construction said. “Brad’s successful track record and experience with JLL and, prior to that, working for a national commercial interiors general contractor, creates multiple opportunities for rand* to continue its growth in Texas. Bringing Brad to the team is another step in our investment in the Texas market where we see exponential growth coming to Dallas, Houston, and Austin.”

rand* construction has recently completed several high-profile projects in the Dallas market including Coats Rose, Chubb Insurance, Fanatics, and Tecovas North Park.  Additionally, rand* is under construction with a regional headquarters project for Ally Financial and has several more projects currently under construction.

Carbo will lead strategic market initiatives to scale the business while tapping into his commercial real estate industry network. He, along with Carson and Martinez, will have a large focus on the team, ensuring their peak performance, and securing rand*’s status as a premier commercial general contractor in the Dallas market.

Prior to joining rand* construction, Carbo held various positions with JLL over the past 10 years, most recently serving as the Managing Director – South Central Region Project & Development Services (PDS) Lead where he was responsible for leading teams in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Kansas City. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director – Austin PDS Lead. Carbo’s extensive experience in the construction management field and widespread network in the real estate industry makes him an invaluable addition to the Dallas team. Carbo is a proven leader and has a strong focus on customer service.
