rand* expands to Salt Lake City

ALEXANDRIA, VA – rand* construction corporation announced today it has opened its newest office in Salt Lake City, Utah.  This now brings the company to six offices across the country, joining its headquarters in Alexandria, VA and regional offices in Austin, Atlanta, Dallas and Denver.  The new office is located in the Sugar House neighborhood and is already underway on its first sizable project in the city for a non-profit health care company.

“We are excited to open our newest regional office in Salt Lake City to expand our national reach and better serve our clients. We view Salt Lake City as a growth market and place where many would like to live, work and play so we look forward to bringing our best-in-class construction services here and becoming a part of the community,” said Bob Milkovich, CEO of rand*.

The office will be supported by an experienced team, all with longstanding histories in the Salt Lake City construction industry.  Correy Selden joins as a Director and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations.  He brings 16 years of experience in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, project procurement, value engineering, bidding, and contract negotiation all in the sector of Tenant Improvements.

“I am thrilled to bring rand*’s expertise in high-end tenant interiors and building renovations to this ever-growing and expanding market,” Selden said.  “I believe we will be able to fill a niche we have been lacking here and cannot wait to see more projects come to fruition,” Selden continued.

Additional recruits include Ben Weaver as a Project Manager and Gordon Dutson as a Superintendent, among several other talented and integral team members.
