For 36 years, rand* has been built by people who care deeply about their work and one another. In 2025, that culture showed up everywhere, from office traditions and team celebrations to community service efforts.
We welcomed 91 new team members across our offices and continued to invest in future leaders through our internship program, giving the next generation hands-on experience and mentorship rooted in real-world impact.
