rand* construction corporation is pleased to announce the elevation of its next generation of leaders as it continues its national expansion. With the promotion of five of its key partners, rand* will share leadership across the following new strategic roles:
- Matt Dausch, EVP and Partner: Dausch will assume the role of managing the firm’s regional offices, with profit and loss oversight, focusing on the execution of rand*’s strategy for regional growth and market expansion into new territories
- David Childress, EVP and Partner: Childress will lead the firm’s Corporate Functions, including legal, HR, Finance, and IT, as well as continuing his role as the co-lead for the Virginia office
- Tim Schmidt, EVP and Partner: Schmidt will lead building and growing rand*’s National Client Platform, focusing on developing and sustaining national and corporate account-based work to support the company’s national expansion, in addition to continuing his role as co-lead for the Virginia office with Childress
- Cullen McGuire, SVP and Partner: McGuire will oversee rand*’s Utah office, supporting growth through the region, and continue to co-lead the Denver office
- Fred Noblett, SVP and Partner: Noblett is now appointed as the organization’s risk management lead, as he continues in his role as head of the Austin office as well as co-support on Texas growth with Dausch
The news follows CEO Bob Milkovich’s resignation after five years of dedicated leadership and numerous contributions to the company.
