As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner, Todd oversees the leadership of core departmental functions, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing, working closely with the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment across rand*’s vision, operational strategies, and financial objectives.

Todd brings 22 years of experience from Baker Tilly, where he began in finance and later transitioned to business advisory services, specializing in real estate, construction, and professional services. Most recently, as a Partner, Todd focused on business strategy, organizational structure, and operational excellence.
