rand* construction was enlisted to manage the complete renovation and of an existing space to create new, flexible and functional work spaces for client Eversheds Sutherland. The project scope included implementing a demountable wall system to establish and delineate spaces, ultimately transforming the space into a versatile work environment with multiple conference rooms, entry and reception areas, a lounge, breakroom, and service pantry. The completed office thoughtfully balances open areas with private ones and boasts a warm-yet-professional aesthetic.

Architectural highlights include radius millwork in the breakroom and lounge areas and a custom wood slat ceiling in the reception space – a feature that required expert coordination by the project team. rand* excelled in proactive planning, staying ahead of potential issues and ensuring efficiency and smooth project delivery.
