Anne leads rand*’s Charlotte, NC office. She brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience across the Southeast, including 14 years in the Charlotte market. Before joining rand*, Anne held senior leadership roles with both national and local general contractors and brings additional perspective from her experience as a trade partner.

She has a wide-ranging project portfolio including award winning corporate interiors, boutique hospitality, medical office buildings, active nuclear manufacturing renovations, educational facilities, and complex ground-up construction. Her diverse experience drives strategic and innovative solutions to execute project vision, while mitigating risk for our clients. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and driving operational excellence, while cultivating strong client and trade partner relationships based on curiosity and respect.

Anne earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, summa cum laude, from Georgia Tech and is a licensed General Contractor. Her commitment to community and inclusivity is reflected in her board service and civic engagement. She has served on the YMCA Camp Thunderbird Executive Board since 2019 and received the George Williams Award for Outstanding Volunteer. Anne is an active member of the Women Executives leadership forum. In 2023, she was recognized as a Woman of Power by Dress for Success.

A native of South Carolina, Anne resides in Fort Mill, SC with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys running and exploring the outdoors on family road trips.
