Brad Carbo is the Managing Director of the rand* Dallas office. Brad works closely with Chris Carson and Cole Martinez to continue to expand rand*’s presence as a top-tier contractor in the market.  Brad had an 11-year tenure with JLL and most recently, he served as JLL’s Managing Director – South Central Region Project & Development Services where he was responsible for leading teams in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Kansas City.  Prior to that, he was the Managing Director – Austin PDS Lead.  Brad is a well-known figure in the Texas real estate and construction industry, specifically in Dallas where he has spent over 15 years in the market. He has an extensive network which he will be able to capitalize on as he oversees the continued growth and expansion of our Dallas office.

Brad began his career as a general contractor with over 8 years of experience in estimating and project management with premier commercial interiors contractors in the Dallas market.
