David is an Executive Vice President, Partner, and Co-Lead of the Washington, DC Metro Office, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a diverse background that spans tenant interiors, major renovations, and complex base-building projects. David is responsible for expanding our client base, developing high-performing teams, strengthening subcontractor relationships, and supporting senior leadership in addressing technical challenges and strategic business opportunities.

David was named a Washington Business Journal 40 Under 40 in 2022.  He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and recently completed his MBA at Georgetown University. While managing the construction of the Virginia Tech Signature Engineering Building (Goodwin Hall) in Blacksburg, Virginia, David was honored as the College of Engineering’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award for his overall career accomplishments and contributions to the profession. David grew up in Columbia, SC and, enjoys going to concerts with his wife Stacie and their friends, playing golf, and spending time with his two children.
