Located in the heart of Denver’s Tech Center, AngloGold Ashanti’s new North American headquarters is a testament to sustainability, global connection, and sophistication. The buildout has transformed the space into a flagship office, showcasing high-end millwork finishes, intricate ceiling details, and not to mention 180-degree views of the Rocky Mountains. The design encompasses a harmonious blend of luxury and eco-consciousness which reflects AngloGold’s commitment to excellence and responsible business practices on a global scale.

Unique design elements of the project include tiered millwork bench seating, complex gold-wrapped ceiling coves with the shape of the coves reflected in the carpet design, curved Teknion glazing systems, a live wall at reception, curved baffle ceilings, and custom planter boxes scattered throughout the space.

The project could not have been a success without the collaboration of the team. This included weekly site walks between rand*, the architects, and multiple subcontractors to talk through complicated RFIs and intricate details noted throughout the drawings. This project requiredmeticulous attention to detail in the field and communication between subcontractors was a crucial aspect of the project’s success. The end result of the space perfectly reflects all of the hard work and dedication put in by the entire team.
