rand* construction corporation’s objective of the project was to mirror BB&T’s company mission. rand* contributed to the bank’s mission by completing this fast track ground up 6,000 square-foot branch bank in Buford, Georgia in record time. The project consists of sitework to include storm, sewer, water and paving, concrete work, landscape and irrigation as well as full coordination of utilities for the owner. The building consists of masonry, steel and wood elements and Class-A interior finishes. In addition, a two-story storefront tower is a new feature that BB&T will use in future branch banks moving forward. The owner’s representative quoted that “this is one of the most well managed projects with which he had ever been involved.”
