rand* construction completed a first generation build out in a class A building for a confidential financial institution. This high-end space included an open office, multiple break rooms and an executive boardroom. Special attention was paid to the building environment through the use of acoustics and custom lighting design. The space was not only well designed environmentally but aesthetically as well. The design included custom metal and wood panels featured on the walls and ceilings and highlighted the complex mechanical system with an to deck ceiling design. The team used their previous experience with the client and architect to be proactive in planning and making construction decisions. The collaborative efforts of the local team, as well as the other rand* offices helped make this project a success.
