rand* teamed up with Aquilano to complete the buildout of the top floor in the Tabor Center in downtown Denver. The Ares project included a custom 3 floor interconnecting stair with a curved, glass, balustrade railing, providing access to the connecting floors on 28 – 30.

The space features several types of texture-rich finishes, moody lighting and alternate work atmospheres. It has large format tile throughout, with glass demountable office fronts, operable walls, 9-wood baffle ceilings, upholstered banquette and booth seating, high end millwork pantry areas, coffee bars, and a full floor executive office area.
