After completing a minor renovation for them previously, rand* was thrilled to have partnered with Interior Architects and Task PM to build a space for one of the fastest growing solar companies in Colorado, Sunrun. The 3-phase, 120,000sf space occupies five floors in Denver’s downtown City Center, and is the first time in Sunrun history that all Colorado employees work under the same roof.

Each floor features a fully renovated elevator lobby, an updated pantry, and new light fixtures throughout. Additionally, rand* built three training rooms, thirty-one conference and huddle rooms, and four lounges. With technology and customer service being main priorities within the company, rand* updated and modified the electrical work for all five floors to be on one generator.

The project team overcame long material lead times and unforeseen existing conditions in an old building to complete each floor on schedule.
