Ping Identity

rand* construction was recommended to Ping Identity by well established industry partner DLR Group for the 11th floor interior buildout following a tenuous experience with another general contractor on their 9th floor project. The synergistic relationship between rand* and DLR was a defining factor in the overall success of the 15,000 sqft tenant improvement project, completing on schedule and under budget.

The Ping Identity space is elevated by rich wood feature walls and glass offices, conferences, and huddle rooms ideal for a tech company that relies heavily on collaboration. The space features high end finishes in common spaces, custom millwork, banquette seating, and an open to structure ceiling concept that highlights decorative slatted wood ceilings.

The success of the overall project lies in the design and construction teams working closely to ensure that the aggressive timeline and budget were met without compromise to design. Ping, who currently occupies four floors in the building, has continued to request additional services from rand* to improve their other spaces. rand* is always glad to cultivate longstanding relationships with clients who return as a result of their positive experiences.
