rand* performed preconstruction and construction services for the sports retail company establishing their new regional office in the Dallas Metro. The project spans an entire floor requiring a complete demolition and build-back to suit the contemporary design. The renovation includes large meeting rooms with architectural ceiling elements as well as millwork installations that mimic a locker room feel. This sports motif is readily apparent throughout the floorplate with a football feature wall in a conference room, player jerseys hanging within the space, and an accent wall clad with sports player cards. The entry boasts an upgraded elevator lobby and reception enveloped in custom wall panels, a metal ceiling, plaster walls, and custom light fixtures seamlessly integrated within the architectural design elements.

The program includes new open offices, private offices with full glass, Falkbuilt partitions, huddle rooms, a breakroom with a Clubhouse aesthetic, and a client engagement space showcasing the company’s products. The project houses an extensive audio/visual package that required heavy coordination with trades delivering custom installations. The fast-paced 14-week schedule made a highly strategic approach essential for project success.
