rand* Construction led the interior build-out of Education First’s new office space on stylish South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. A hallmark of the design is the space’s fresh, vibrant aesthic and unique materials applications that reflects both the company’s innovative spirit and the funky, eclectic vibe of the organization’s location within the city.

The design incorporated locally-sourced materials in addition to various art installations, murals, and custom furnishing created by local artists; working with these materials and ensuring their proper installation involved expert coordination by the rand* project team. The final design and build celebrates Austin’s creative energy, and the renovation captured the essence of both Education First’s mission and the city’s lively culture, resulting in an inspiring environment for employees to collaborate and thrive.
